My two friends and I went to the local pub and got tanked. Later that night, during a scuffle, I tackled my "friend" in the kitchen and his head put a huge hole in the wall. He says its my fault for tackling him, I say its his fault for not falling better...

My boyfriend (of a year, 3 years on and off) will be graduating from medical school in May. Without any warning, he called to tell me today to tell me he was only extending his lease until April and for the month of May will be living at home (1 hour away). We do not live together, but we stay over each other's places every night. When I was leaving a store, there was a cart near my car. I didn't want to hit the cart, so I put it in the cart corral. Because the parking lot is on a big hill, the cart rolled out of the cart corral and bumped into a car that was parked a few feet away. There was no visible damage on the car but the owner of the car insisted that we exchange information.

I was at a fast food restaurant with a friend, and the restaurant's credit card machine was broken. They didn't have an ATM so my friend offered to lend me the cash. I intended to pay her back, but I completely forgot until two weeks later when she flipped out because I hadn't paid her back. She didn't remind me so I don't think she should have gotten so angry.

I went to the beach with friends on sunny day. They decided to take a walk and I didn't want to go. So about 1.5 hrs later, after leaving cameras, towels and personal belongings with me, they finally came back. Meanwhile the sun was gone from the beach (couldn't see the sunset either) and everyone else had left. I was upset that they were so inconsiderate as to just leave me to babysit all of their stuff. Was I wrong?

I was at a bar and one of my friends was interested in this chick. He didn't make a move all night so i decided to make my own. On the way home he flipped out saying i stole her and prevented him from making his move. Is it my fault?
