I lost my job 2 weeks ago and I haven't told my family yet. I am receiving severance pay through next month, and I have been to a handful of interviews since being laid off. I think I'll have a new job before my severance runs out, so I'm not going to tell my family until I have a new job. Does that make me a horrible person?

I was at a barbecue last weekend at a friend's house. Naturally I had my work blackberry with me, because I don't go anywhere without it. I was pushed into the pool and the blackberry got fried. The warranty won't cover it because of the water damage, and my company won't pay to replace it because my line is under contract and not eligible for an upgrade. I think my company should pay to replace it. I only had it with me because they want me to be available.

Is it wrong if I give someone the gift I bought for them last Christmas? We are long distance friends and I haven't seen this person since I bought it.

i bought a laptop from what i thought was an innocent mom and pop shop down town. little did i know they were selling stolen merchandise. the police confiscated my laptop and now i'm out $500.

Recently my family had to move do to my mother getting a new job. We had a few options. Either downsize the house not take the job and stay in the town we were in which would leave us from an acre to a two bedroom apartment and in need of food. Hi i'm having a problem with a guy friend. He broke up with his ex 2 months ago and started dating me. Recently, he's been having doubts and treats me like I'm just his friend (he calls me his special friend). I text him everyday and meet him regularly but he still thinks of her. I feel like an extra in his life. Am I wrong for thinking I should tell him to return to his ex?

I was waiting to turn left at a red blinking light while cars passed on the cross street. A car pulled up across from me and wanted to turn right.
