I went away for the weekend and left my car parked in front of the garage. Apparently our landlord stopped by and complained about the length of the grass. When my girlfriend (of 6+ years) and I go out, I usually drive. This is fine, but every once in a while I want to be the passenger. Every single time I make this request, it turns into a fight. Am I wrong for wanting a break from driving sometimes?
I slogged my guts out in a group for a novel-writing competition with 3 other people. One of the guys started complaining about how nobody gave him so much work to do. So we gave him the job of of arranging our final work and guess what? He arranged it wrongly. Worse still, he handed it up and we lost.
