My boss is steamed because one of my projects is behind schedule, but it wouldn't be behind if he hadn't given me so much other work! I'm drowning and he doesn't seem to care. Is it my fault that I don't have enough time to get all of my work done?

Two of my coworkers had an assignment to survey a job site and make a list of the broken equipment. When it came time for the rest of us to work on the site i came across the broken equipment but i didn't bother noting it because i though the other team had made a list already. Turns out they never made or submitted the list to our manager and when it came time to do the testing with the client there was more equipment broken than was expected. I do desktop support for my company. A user comes to me and starts asking me how to set up her home printer. It was a busy day, and I have no responsibility to fix her non-work equipment. I helped her as best I could before telling her I had to go and that she was on her own. Now she thinks I'm an asshole.

I was at a barbecue last weekend at a friend's house. Naturally I had my work blackberry with me, because I don't go anywhere without it. I was pushed into the pool and the blackberry got fried. The warranty won't cover it because of the water damage, and my company won't pay to replace it because my line is under contract and not eligible for an upgrade. I think my company should pay to replace it. I only had it with me because they want me to be available.

Some idiot got a promotion over me because he is an ass-kisser. I don't feel like I should have to kiss my boss's ass to move up. Screw politics. I do the job better than he does, so I should have gotten the promotion!

I have had my current job for 5 months. I have been 5-10 minutes early for work every single day. Today I was running a little behind schedule and I had to get gas, so I was 10 minutes late. My boss wrote me up! I think he should have cut me a little slack since it was my first time being late.

I completed a two-week project at work exactly according to the requirements from my boss. When I was finished, she acted like she had told me to do something completely different. Now I have to pretty much start over.
